Day 01: NJP / Bagdogra to Gangtok

  • Pick-up: NJP Railway Station or Bagdogra Airport.
  • Drive Distance: ~125 km | Travel Time: 4.5–5 hrs.
  • Route: Via Teesta River, enjoy scenic mountain & river views.
  • En route Stop:
    • Teesta View Point – Panoramic view of Teesta River & valley.
    • Check-in: Hotel at Gangtok.
    • Evening: Free for leisure or stroll along MG Marg.
  • Dinner: At hotel.
  • Overnight Stay: Gangtok.

Day 2: Gangtok to Tsomgo Lake, Baba Mandir & Nathula Pass

  • Start: After early breakfast (~8:30 AM).
  • Sightseeing:
    • Tsomgo Lake (12,400 ft) – Glacial lake surrounded by snow-capped peaks. Yak rides optional.
    • Baba Harbhajan Singh Mandir – Temple with an inspiring story of the martyred soldier.
    • Nathula Pass (14,140 ft) – Indo-China border (permit-based; closed Mon).
  • Return: Evening to Gangtok.
  • Dinner & Overnight Stay: Gangtok.

Day 3: Gangtok to Lachung

  • Start: After breakfast (~8:30 AM).
  • Drive Distance: ~110 km | Travel Time: 6–7 hrs.
  • En route Sightseeing:
    • Multi-tiered waterfalls.
    • Naga Waterfalls – Wide cascade, perfect for photos.
    • Tsungthang Dam – Scenic stop.
    • Bhim Nala Waterfalls – Tallest waterfall in North Sikkim.
    • Lunch: En route (own arrangement).
  • Check-in: Hotel at Lachung.
  • Dinner & Overnight Stay: Lachung.

Day 4: Lachung to Yumthang Valley, Zero Point & Back to Gangtok

  • Start: Early morning after breakfast.
  • Sightseeing
    • Yumthang Valley (11,800 ft) – Known as the “Valley of Flowers” (Sep has post-monsoon greenery).
    • Zero Point – At 15,300 ft, snow-covered most of the year. Extra permit & charges apply.
  • Return: Back to Lachung for lunch, then drive to Gangtok.
  • Check-in: Gangtok hotel.
  • Dinner & Overnight Stay: Gangtok

Day 5: Gangtok to Pelling via Temi Tea Garden, Samdruptse, Chardham

  • Start: After breakfast (~8:00 AM).
  • Drive Distance: ~130 km | Travel Time: 6–7 hrs.
  • En route Sightseeing:
    • Temi Tea Garden – Only tea estate in Sikkim, panoramic views.
    • Samdruptse Hill & Guru Padmasambhava Statue – 135 ft tall golden statue.
    • Namchi Chardham – Replicas of major Hindu temples & 108-ft Shiva statue.
  • Check-in: Pelling hotel.

Day 6: Pelling Sightseeing

  • Start: After breakfast.
  • Sightseeing:
    • Skywalk & Chenrezig Statue – Glass bridge with Himalayan views.
    • Sangachoeling Monastery – One of the oldest monasteries in Sikkim.
    • Pemayangtse Monastery – Famous Buddhist monastery.
    • Rabdentse Ruins – Archaeological site of Sikkim’s former capital.
    • Khecheopalri Lake – Sacred lake known for its wish-fulfilling legend.
    • Rimbi Waterfalls & Orange Garden – Scenic riverside spot.

Day 7: Pelling to NJP / Bagdogra

  • Start: After early breakfast (~7:00 AM).

  • Drop: NJP Railway Station or Bagdogra Airport.
